"Account" means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
        "Application" means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic
            device, named Edaya.
        "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to
            Edaya by Y2Z Labs Pvt Ltd.
        "Cookies" are small files that are placed on your computer, mobile device or any other device by a
            website, containing the details of yourbrowsing history on that website among its many uses.
        "Device" means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital
            tablet.
        "Personal Data" is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
        "Service" refers to the Website.
        "Service Provider" means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
            It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to
            provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the
            Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
        "Usage Data" " refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or
            from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
    
    Why does Edaya collect Personal Data?
    
        
Edaya collects, utilizes, and processes personal data such as guest ID proofs and certificates for seamless digital check-in processes required by the hotel.
        
        Edaya recommends the best food, event, and activities to the guest through Guest App. So we collect
            preferences you have given to hotel check-in, and your recent behaviour on ordering and selecting those
            activities, services & purchases only through Guest App.
        We always try to give the best for you and for better and more accurate suggestions your name, preferred
            contact details, the names of the people traveling with you.
        Edaya collects and uses data given by guests for the benefit of the guest. We also collect data of guests
            given (entered) by hotels with only the permission of the guest.
        If guests use Edaya to check in and use the services provided by Edaya. Then we collect your home address,
            telephone number, current location (in the case of on-demand services), the names of the people traveling
            with you, and any preferences you might have for your Trip (such as dietary or accessibility requirements).
            For check-in online with Edaya guest app, we will ask you to share passport information or a driving license
            and signature.
        If guests need to book again through the Guest app. We collect data regarding that too.
        If guests contact our customer service and technical team or give feedback about our platform publically we
            collect that data to solve the situation and improve the service.
        If you create Edaya account, we’ll also store your personal settings, and reviews of the previous hotel
            stay. This saved data can be used to help you plan and manage or benefit from other features only available
            to Edaya account holders (such as hotel loyalty points/rewards or Edaya points).
        Edaya platform also collects personal details including name, address, phone number, and behaviour of other
            members that registered guests given. And it's registered responsibility to inform this details to other
            members
        When guests download the Guest app, visit or use the website we collect some details including your IP
            address, the date and time you accessed our services, and information about your computer’s hardware and
            software (such as the operating system, the internet browser used, software/application version data and
            your language settings). We also collect information about clicks and which pages have been shown to you.
        
        When you use Guest app on your mobile device, we collect data that identifies the device, as well as data
            about your device-specific settings and characteristics, app crashes, and other system activity.
        Edaya also receives guest information’s from other sources including Edaya partners, sales team, hospitality
            firms, event organizers, and local residents
        We also collect information about a guest from hotel services like restaurants, SPA, chauffeur service, and
            events to optimize the service.
        Edaya will not send, sell or release any guest/partner data with 3rd party service providers, internet
            companies, or any agency. All the guest data is used to improve the app performance and increase the guest
            experience.
    
    Why We Use Guest Personal data.
    
        
To send the app – Edaya uses your phone number and mail id that got from you or your hotel to send
            the booking confirmation with the Edaya app link.
        Mobile Authentication – For verifying guest mobile number that given during stay booking
        Online Check-in - To complete smooth check-in hotels need to get the guest's name, email, phone
            number, address, documents, and same details as other members.
        Preference – These personal details help Edaya platform to recognize and recommend the best services
            to the guest. Guest can either use it or can remove the data after the check-out.
        Chauffer booking and tracking - The guest app uses guest phone numbers and live location details to
            accurately track guest location. So chauffer can arrive on time.
        Feedback – Feedback is very important to both Edaya and guests. That does improve the guest
            experience and guest expectations.
        Recommendation notifications - use guest behaviour, and preference to track what guests really want.
        
        Call the facility – with your permission, the guest app can access and fetch phone numbers for the
            guest app. This feature is a benefit for international tourists.
        Loyalty program – for this feature Edaya collect staying details, bill, and purchasing list from the
            guest and hotel side.
        Stay details after check-out – Edaya store and keep the guest data after check out also but the guest
            will have the option to clear/delete the data after her stay.
        Edaya survey - When guests use our services, we might send you a questionnaire or invite you to
            provide a review about your experience with the Edaya guest app.
